About the house
I am renting a house with a garden and a garage for a longer period. The house consists of ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor consists of an entrance room with a hall, a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room with a boiler room for central heating, pantry and stairs to the first floor. The first floor consists of a hallway and three rooms, of which are two rooms with wooden portion, which in case of need can be opened and can make one large room. Also, on the first floor there is a large terrace with a beautiful view on the garden and the old town of Sarajevo.
About the house
The whole house is heated through its own boiler room which works on electricity or on solid fuel. The house also has a connection to the gas box, which is now not used, but can be brought to function if needed. With the house there is a storage room, for storing garden tools and machines, and also there is a water tank and pump in case of water shortage. From the main gate through the garden you get to the main entrance of the house. There is a possibility of entering into the house from the terrace which is connected to the main stairs from the gate. In the back side of the house, from the boiler room there is a emergency exit.
By the main gate there is a garage with remote control door.
In the garden there are fruit trees and roses, and everything is enclosed with a high fence which ensures privacy and security. The house is on the moment not completely furnished, and it can be rent as unfurnished or as furnished, which can be arranged with agreement.
The house has telefone and internet (ADSL) connection.
